BACON AND CHEESE STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Bacon and cheese stuffed mushrooms are a crowd-pleasing appetizer that have stood the test of time as a classic party dish.

Ingredients

– mushrooms – onions – bacon – garlic

Add mushrooms stem and onions and 1 tablespoon oil to the skillet and sauté until tender. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Add bacon and mix.

Layer the mushrooms on a baking dish. Stuff with the bacon mix.
