Ingredients

Chicken breasts
boneless

Pound
carrots
chopped
½
Pound
potatoes
chopped

Tbsps
olive oil

Tsp
garlic powder
1
Tsp
onion powder
1
Tsp
oregano
½
Tsp
dried basil
½
Cup
balsamic vinegar
⅓
Cup
honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly grease a baking pan.
Place the chicken breasts in the middle.
Wash potatoes well and peel carrots.
Cut potatoes into slices and cut carrots into sticks.
Arrange the carrots on one side and the potatoes on the other. Set aside.
In a small bowl combine olive oil with spices. Drizzle half over the potatoes and toss to combine.
In the same bowl mix in the balsamic vinegar and honey. Drizzle over the chicken and carrots and toss to combine.
Take to the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
