Place the sourdough loaf on lined baking sheet. Slice the bread horizontally and vertically to create one-inch cubes, being careful not to slice completely through the bread.
Brush the top of the bread with melted butter.
Place the cubes of brie inside the bread between each slice.
Place the bread in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cranberries and pecans.
Place the bread back in the oven and bake for five to 10 more minutes. Remove when cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
