Skillet Pork With Mustard And Milk

Ingredients
6
slices
pork loin
2
tbsp
vegetable oil
4
garlic cloves
chopped
3
bay leaves
1
tsp
peppercorns
1/2
tsp
caraway
2
cups
water
2
tbsp
mustard with seeds
1
cup
milk
You will also need:
non stick skillet
lid
wood spatula
sharp knife to cut pork loin
cutting board
Instructions
Roast pork over high heat on both sides, until golden (about 3 minutes on each side).
Add water, bay leaves, peppercorn and caraway, cover with lid and boil for 30 minutes (20 if you decided to beat the meat before cooking).
Add mustard, mixing well.
Add milk and mix well.
Cover with lid and boil for additional 7 minutes.
Note: You may need to add a little more milk if your milk is high in fat and low in water.
Your skillet pork loin is ready! Serve warm with a couscous and veggie salad or mashed potato pancakes.
