Using a rolling pin, make the toast as flat as possible.
Grab a cookie cutter and cut out shapes.
In a small bowl or a cup, mix melted butter, garlic and parsley. Using a small tip brush, spread the mixture over the bread chips, both sides.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Spread the chips into the baking sheet and bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes or until chips are golden.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, 1 cup feta cheese, buttermilk, garlic and half the bacon.
Pour into a non stick baking dish.
Sprinkle the rest of the feta cheese and the provolone cheese.
Bake cheese dip in the middle of the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the dip is lightly golden.
Take dip out the oven and sprinkle the rest of the bacon and the parsley.
