In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the sauce.
Add sliced potatoes to a zip bag and pour the sauce over. Seal the bag and shake well until potatoes are covered in sauce evenly.
Spread potatoes on the baking sheet. Make sure you don't overcrowd them otherwise they won't get crisp. Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut sausages into smaller pieces.
Take the baking sheet out of the oven and add sausages between potatoes. Bake for additional 10-15 minutes, until potatoes are brown and sausages darker in color.
Serve warm as a main meal with a salad or as a side dish.
