American flag coasters are the perfect addition to your décor, for a touch of patriotism! These coasters add charm and utility to any space!

Equipment
- glue gun

Materials
- Mini Wooden Pallets
- Craft Foam Blue, Silver, Glitter
- Twine or Ribbon
- Acrylic Craft Paint Red, White
Instructions
- To begin, gather all supplies. Paint the first and third slats of the mini wooden pallets with white acrylic craft paint and a paintbrush. Set aside to dry, and apply a second coat, if necessary.
- Basecoat the second and fourth slats on the mini pallets with red acrylic craft paint. Let dry and apply a second coat, if necessary.
- Print the pallet flag template. Cut out the patterns with scissors. Trace the rectangle onto blue craft foam, twice using a pencil. Cut out both rectangles with scissors. You could also use blue felt or cardstock for this project.
- Using a pencil trace the star pattern three times on the back of silver glitter craft foam.
- Trace the USA letters onto the back of silver glitter craft foam. Cut out all shapes and letters with scissors. You can use silver glitter cardstock as well.
- Attach the blue rectangles to the ends of the pallets with a glue gun and glue sticks. Glue the three stars on one flag and the USA letters on the other.
- To finish, tie twine or ribbon into two bows and attach to the star and the letter “A” with a glue gun and glue sticks.
