Ingredients

large sweet potatoes
nearly the same size, skin on
Sea salt
to taste
Ground black pepper
to taste
1
teaspoon
oregano
½
teaspoon
paprika
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
¼
cup
parmesan cheese
3
tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
Equipment
sharp knife
cutting board
mixing bowl
baking sheet
baking paper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Wash and pat dry sweet potatoes. With a sharp knife, cute into equal wedges and place in a bowl.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, parmesan cheese and oil. Toss.
Lay sweet potato wedges on the baking sheet by leaving space in between. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. *You may need two baking sheets.
Open the oven and flip each of them. Bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve with parmesan
