Add all the burger ingredients to a bowl (ground turkey, salt and spices, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic paste, parsley). Mix everything thoroughly.
Form round patties. To cook in the oven, place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment. You can use cooking spray. Place the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 380F and bake for 5 minutes. Then flip the burgers to the other side and bake for another 3 minutes.
To cook in a hot frying pan. The cutlets can be 3-4 inches in diameter. Cook for 4 minutes - if the patties are about 1/2 inch thick. If the patties are thicker, it may take longer. Turn the patties over to the other side and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
To fry in an air fryer, line a basket with parchment and place the cutlet on top. Fry for about 6 minutes at 360F. Then turn over and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Grease the bottom of the bun with any sauce, lay out lettuce leaves. Place the cutlet on top and cover with cheese. Microwave for 30-60 seconds to soften the cheese.
Next, add the tomatoes and cover with the top of the bun.
