Make charming mummy jars for Halloween with this easy craft. Transform ordinary jars with toilet paper and googly eyes in 10 minutes for a festive decoration!
jars - You can use any size or shape of jar for this project but mason jars or small jelly jars work best. Make sure the jars are clean and dry before starting.
toilet paper - This will be used to wrap around the jar and create the look of a mummy.
googly eyes - These will be used to give the mummy jar a cute and spooky face.
glue - You can use any type of glue such as hot glue or white school glue, to attach the googly eyes to the jar.
Instructions
Take a long strip of toilet paper and fold it in half twice.
Apply some glue on one end and glue it on to the jar, at the top.
Start wrapping the toilet paper all around your jar, applying a dollop of glue here and there, to help the toilet paper stay in place.
When the jar is covered in toilet paper, apply another dollop of glue at the end of the strip.
Take 2 (or more) googly eyes and glue on.
Allow the glue to completely dry then fill the jars with candy.
