Instructions
Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Squeeze out the potato juice thoroughly.
Add flour, egg, chopped onion, salt and pepper to a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Spoon small portions and smooth them out on top. Fry for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
Flip the latkes over with a spatula and fry for another 3 minutes.
