Wash the radish well and dry it. If the bottom is rounded, cut it so that it can stand straight, or put it in a glass.
Cut the upper part and then make a hole in the radish.
Fill with honey and let sit over night.
Another method is to peel the radish and cut it into small cubes, put the cubes in a jar or bowl and cover with honey. Then strain the syrup and pour into a bottle.
In the morning there will be syrup formed.
Store in a dark bottle, in a dry, dark place, for up to 2 weeks.
Use 4-5 tablespoons a day for adults, and 4-5 teaspoons a day for children, 30 minutes before meals.
