Turkey Breast With Peas
Prevent your screen from going into sleep mode

You will also need:
Non stick skillet
pot with a lid
In a non stick skillet, heat 2 tbsp oil then saute onions until glassy. Add carrots and cook for 2 more minutes, stirring.
Dice turkey breast and transfer to a bowl.
Add 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper and dry oregano. Mix well to coat evenly.
In a non stick skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil then cook turkey until golden, on both sides.
Drain the peas and rinse well.
Transfer to a pot and top with cooked turkey and the carrots onion mix.
Add water just enough to cover the ingredients
Add bay leaves.
Then cover with a lid.
Bring to a boil then simmer for 15 minutes.
Add tomato paste and stir to dissolve.
Keep simmering, uncovered, until some of the water dissolves, about 10 more minutes.
