Garlic Bread Chips With Hot Cheese Dip

Ingredients
For the bread chips:
4-5
slices
of toast bread
1/4
stick of butter
melted

garlic cloves
smashed into a puree
1/2
bunch fresh parsley
finely chopped
For the hot cheese dip:
7.5
oz
cream cheese

cups
crumbly feta cheese
1
cup
buttermilk
3
cloves
garlic
smashed into a puree
1
cup
cooked bacon
1
cup
provolone cheese
1/2
bunch fresh parsley
finely chopped
You will also need:
cookie cutters
rolling pin
small bowl or a cup
medium bowl
small tip brush
baking paper
baking sheet
non stick baking dish
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 350 F
Using a rolling pin, make the toast as flat as possible.
Grab a cookie cutter and cut out shapes.
In a small bowl or a cup, mix melted butter, garlic and parsley.
Using a small tip brush, spread the mixture over the bread chips, both sides.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Spread the chips into the baking sheet and bake in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes or until chips are golden.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, 1 cup feta cheese, buttermilk, garlic and half the bacon.
Pour into a non stick baking dish.
Sprinkle the rest of the feta cheese and the provolone cheese.
Remove chips from the oven
Bake cheese dip in the middle of the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the dip is lightly golden.
Take dip out the oven and sprinkle the rest of the bacon and the parsley.
Serve hot or warm, with the garlic bread chips.
