Turkish eggs recipe
Turkish poached eggs are an incredible brunch recipe! Slightly spicy, tangy and herby, this Turkish eggs recipe is quick and easy but feels totally elevated!

Salt to taste
In a bowl combine the Greek yogurt with the garlic powder, olive oil, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine and set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium heat melt the butter with the paprika. Let it cook on low heat for around 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Poach the eggs by gently cracking them into small packets of plastic wrap and seasoning.
Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer and cook the eggs for around 4 minutes.
Divide the yogurt between 2 bowls. Drizzle with the melted butter and top with the poached egg.
