Ingredients

minced garlic

unsalted butter

small white onion
chopped

chopped parsley

salt and pepper to taste
Equipment

food processor
non stick skillet
wooden spatula
Instructions
Melt unsalted butter in the skillet. Saute onion and garlic for 1 minute on medium low heat.
Add cauliflower rice, salt and pepper. Stir all together and cook until cauliflower is heated through, about 3 minutes.
Add parmesan and stir to melt for a total of 5 minutes
Remove from heat. Garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese.
