There’s something about lemonade and pineapple that immediately make me think of summer, a tropical vacation and loads of fun! While I can’t afford my own tropical island, sipping from this refreshing pineapple lemonade helps my mind wander freely to those magical places and that’s good enough for the moment!

Did you know the punch was invented as an alternative to beer? The punch was introduced from India to the United Kingdom in the early seventeenth century, and from there it spread to other countries making it a widely popular party drink! And I can guarantee you, this fruity pineapple lemonade recipe IS the perfect cocktail for a party!
This lovely drink is full of lemonade, pineapple juice and pineapple chunks, sparkling Sprite and honey and is the perfect easy punch recipe! So if you’re having a party this summer, make this pineapple lemonade and your guests will love you!
Pineapple lemonade
I made this sparkling lemonade using my old basic lemonade recipe that I used an adapted in all of my lemonades. This time I added pineapple juice, pineapple chunks and to make it sparkling and perfect fit for a party I used Sprite! If Sprite is not your thing use any sparkling drink you prefer, from sparkling water to 7Up, Mountain Dew or even root beer.
This lovely lemonade punch is best served cold and right after preparing it. If your ingredients are not cold enough add some ice cubes but make sure you reduce the water when preparing the pineapple lemonade. This recipe is not only super delicious and refreshing but crazy easy and fast to make so it’s perfect for last minute guests!
Start making your lemonade by mixing the lemon juice and raw honey until the honey is completely melted. You can substitute honey for sugar but tit will taste different.
Add water to your taste. I used 3 cups of water but if you plan on adding ice cubes, reduce by 2 cups. Strain the pineapple juice and add it to the mix. You can add the pineapple chunks when serving the lemonade in glasses. At this point you can either add all the Sprite in the pitcher or you can fill glasses half way and continue filling with Sprite. I think the last option will make the lemonade a bit more sparkling especially if you serve it immediately.

Ingredients
- 1 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 4 tbsp honey raw
- 3 cups water cold
- 1 can pineapple juice strained
- 2 cans Sprite cold
- 1 cup ice cubes optional
Instructions
- Mix the lemon juice and raw honey until the honey is completely melted. You can substitute honey for sugar but it will taste different.

- Strain the pineapple juice and add it to the mix. You can add pineapple chunks when serving the lemonade in glasses.
