5 Healthy smoothies that help you lose weight

They’re so easy to make that I sometimes get lazy and tend to live on smoothies only. It takes longer to clean the blender though so that gets me back on track soon. To prepare a smoothie all you need is fresh fruit, vegetables, yogurt or milk plus spices to give it extra flavor and, of course, a good blender.
Here are the best healthy smoothies to help you with your weight loss goals:
- Green Smoothie
2 cups spinach leaves, 1/2 cucumber, some celery leaves, 1/2 bunch parsley, 1 bunch mint leaves, 3 carrots, 2 apples, 1/4 orange, 1/4 lime, 1/4 lemon and 1/4 pineapple. Mix all ingredients in a blender .
- Energizing Banana Smoothie
2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 banana, 1 cup yogurt, 4-6 ice cubes and a little cinnamon. Mix all the ingredients in a blender .
- Vitamin C packed Smoothie
This is my favorite healthy smoothie particularly at Summer time when the weather is too hot to bare.
2 oranges, 1/2 cantaloupe, 1 cup strawberries and 1 tomato. Mix all the ingredients in a blender .
- Avocado Smoothie
1 peach , 2 tablespoons mashed avocado, 1/3 cup strawberries, 3/4 cup yogurt, 3 tablespoons pomegranate juice, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
- Detox Smoothie
1 cup water or vegetable milk, 1 tablespoon flax seeds, 1 cup raspberries, 1 banana, 1/4 cup spinach, 1 tbsp almond butter, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
