Made with ingredients you most likely have on hand, these roasted potatoes and sausage are so mouthwatering, full of flavors and filling, you will feel full in just a few bites! And since it’s all made in just one sheet pan, lined with baking paper, cleaning up is nothing but a breeze too!
For my oven roasted sausage and potatoes I used smoked sausage, but any would work just as good. I cut them into smaller pieces, about 1″ each. I peeled and cut potatoes into rounds (they work well with the peel on too), then I covered them in a sauce made with garlic, oil, dill, pepper brown sugar and sesame seeds. I spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and baked until both sausages and potatoes were roasted and brown in color.
Preparing the ingredients took less than 5 minutes and baking was about 20 minutes for one of the easiest, quickest and most delicious dinner I made in a while. Hope you’ll love it as much as we did!
