Fruit and Greek yogurt salad recipe
I don’t know about you but I like to start my day with a healthy breakfast. Preferably very light, refreshing and nutritious. A lot of people find eggs or cereal to be the perfect breakfast for them, and while I enjoy those too, a healthy fruit and Greek yogurt salad recipe is definitely a winner on my menu.
I love a fruit salad with Greek yogurt because it’s not only packed with vitamins and minerals and thanks to those it keeps me energized for a few good hours, but it’s super tasty too, the way I prepare it. Plus it only takes a few minutes to make.
Any fruit would do the job but I personally prefer oranges and apples, while as Greek yogurt I like Yoplait Greek 100, for a whole bunch of awesome reasons:
- It’s Weight Watchers endorsed
- It’s skinny as it has only 100 calories
- Smooth and creamy texture
- A variety of delicious flavors
- Versatility as it can be served as a snack or an ingredient in a low calories dessert or meal like my fruit and Greek yogurt salad recipe.
Whether you’re looking to have a healthier year or continue a #WeightLossJourney, this fruit and Greek yogurt salad recipe will greatly help you win the battle while enjoying the ride.
