Toilet paper roll bunny
Materials:
- toilet paper tubes – clean from paper bits
- tissue paper – or crepe paper
- modge podge
- brush
- craft scissors
- googly eyes
- foam sheets for the nose and ears
- cardstock
- marker
- fabric strip or ribbon for the bow
Directions:
- Apply modge podge along one side of the paper tube then wrap tissue paper around the tube, 2-3 times.
- Apply modge podge to the end of tissue paper and glue closed. Leave to completely dry.
- Glue the googly eyes on.
- Get the foam sheets and cut out a small circle for the nose (I like foam sheets because they are thick but flexible and glue on very nicely to any project). Glue the nose on.
- Draw mouth and whiskers with a marker.
- Make a ear stencil out of card stock and use it to make the ears out of foam sheets. Apply modge podge to the back of the ears and apply on the inside of the tube, modge podge side facing the tube.
- Tie the fabric strip around the neck of the bunny and make a tiny bow. Trim as needed.
- And you’re done! Now go admire your cute toilet paper tube bunnies!
