- In a bowl mix the cream cheese with the heavy cream and the lime juice. Add the corn kernels and stir to combine. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika and 1 cup cheese and stir to combine.
- Transfer to a baking pan and cover with the remaining Monterey cheese.
- Take to the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
