- Transfer to a baking pan and cover with the remaining Monterey cheese.
- Take to the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

- 1 ½ Cups Monterey cheese shredded
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 Tsp garlic powder
